About the Role
In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and elevate CSR initiatives globally, while supporting the development and execution of the company’s broader sustainability strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to embed sustainable practices, strengthen governance, and ensure high-quality ESG reporting.
This position offers the opportunity to shape impactful programmes, engage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to sustainability governance at senior leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute global CSR programmes and community-impact activities.
- Partner with employees, NGOs, and community stakeholders to drive engagement and participation.
- Represent the organisation at CSR events, conferences, and meetings (travel required).
- Promote a culture of sustainability, volunteerism, and social responsibility across the company.
- Support ESG data consolidation, analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and publication of the annual sustainability report.
- Coordinate sustainability governance forums and prepare progress updates for senior leadership.
- Review social and governance-related risks and support cross-departmental sustainability initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in environmental and social performance.
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or stakeholder engagement. Maritime industry experience mandatory.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse internal/external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability metrics.
- Creative, self-driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about positive impact.
- Willing to travel for CSR programmes, events, and partner engagements.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
