MLC Declaration of Conformity

​We are pleased to inform you that we have been audited by the MCA at our request, and can advise that we have successfully achieved a Certificate of Conformity.

The ILO Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006) was ratified on 20 August 2012 and entered into force on 20 August 2013. The UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency has been tasked with coordinating UK compliance.

This is an important development in our business, one which underlines our commitment to providing and maintaining the highest possible standards of quality and compliance in the supply of skilled seagoing staff to our clients.

From your perspective, you can be assured that we have been independently inspected and are following internationally recognized guidelines, ensuring you maintain a compliant supply chain.
