When we start a search, we can quickly and accurately recommend a shortlist of candidates.
In a marketplace where senior executive candidates are passive and are not applying for advertised jobs, not posting their CVs on job boards and not talking to most recruiters, knowing who to call and having existing relationships is critical. This is what we do.
