Are you an experienced Lead Engineer with expertise in Subsea Riser Umbilical and Flowline (SURF) and diving construction? Our client is currently seeking talented professionals like you to join their team in Singapore.
As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of SURF and diving package activities into the overall project plan. You are responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring compliance, and providing technical expertise in subsea engineering. You will oversee project integration, manage deliverables, maintain safety standards, and provide guidance to stakeholders. Additionally, the Lead Engineer will manage procurement, mentor engineers, and handle change control within your scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10-12 years of experience in SURF/Diving Installation operations.
- Experience working on EPCI or T&I offshore construction projects.
- Strong understanding of SURF Installation operations, including various lay spreads, techniques, and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in diving operations, including DSV and diving spreads, techniques, and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to lead and collaborate within a design team and across multiple projects.
- Effective prioritization skills for managing own and others' workload and meeting project deadlines.
- Currently based in Singapore and willingness to travel as required throughout various project phases.
