In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of electrical, optical, mechanical, and reliability engineers to develop advanced circuit designs, integrate electro-optic components, and lead verification and qualification activities from concept through production. What You'll Do
- Design and simulate advanced analog and digital circuits, including microcontroller- and FPGA-based systems.
- Work with electro-optic components such as photodiodes and lasers.
- Lead planning and execution of qualification testing for new products.
- Perform hands-on experimental work with prototypes, assemblies, and test circuits.
- Develop test plans to support factory testing and seamless transition into manufacturing.
- Build effective partnerships with internal engineering teams and external suppliers.
- Uphold company values and ensure all work is performed with the highest integrity.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, data analysis, and programming.
- Exceptional experimental and laboratory skills, including soldering and circuit assembly.
- Experience with single-mode optical fiber, fiber-optic components, and optical measurement techniques.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of precision, follow-through, and high-quality execution.
