My client are looking for someone that has experience with designing electrical systems and has an interest in the Maritime industry. A big part of this role is to have interaction with clients, contractors and suppliers to make sure concept designs and any amendments made during construction can be achieved with limited issues and modifications can be achieved as soon as possible.
You will also be creating drawing using Solidworks, produce documentation and calculations for design work and make sure project is following clients specifications.
Experience required -
- Have at least 2 years experience with electrical design at least 5 for the senior position.
- Confident at using CAD and added benefit if used Solidworks before.
- History of working on complex installations.
- You must have a HND with minimum 2 years experience or a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be eligible to work for defense projects in the UK.
