JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dynamic and ambitious Manager – Chartering (Supramax) to join the team. This role presents an opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team, fostering continuous learning. RESPONSIBILITIES

Secure long-term period vessels and negotiate new fixtures
Arrange cargoes for period or single trips tonnages in the Far East
Cultivate and sustain relationships with vessel owners and brokers
Responsible for fleet allocation, freight trading & contract coverage
Periodic analyses of fleet earnings and market developments
Negotiate and execute deals with brokers and counterparties.
Disseminate market updates, analyses, and insights to management and commercial teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supramax Market
Good network and contacts with key decision-makers
Proven track record in Dry Bulk chartering and Derivatives trading

Salary: SGD 15,000 - SGD 17,000
