Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing international dry bulk shipping group to appoint a Senior Chartering Manager to join its commercial team in Singapore. The role will focus on developing cargo and vessel opportunities while managing chartering activities across the dry bulk market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and negotiate cargoes and vessels across the dry bulk market
  • Manage voyage and time charter fixtures from negotiation through execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with charterers, shipowners, and brokers
  • Monitor freight markets and identify commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and post-fixture teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
  • 5–10 years’ experience in dry bulk chartering or shipbroking
  • Strong network within the dry bulk market
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Based in Singapore
