Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distributor Support:
- Provide high-quality sales and after-sales support to regional distributors and customers
- Support distributors in developing sales activities and achieving budget targets
- Track distributor sales performance and provide reporting and updates
- Assist in planning and executing sales seminars, campaigns, and promotional programs
- Support preparation of sales presentations and technical reports
- Liaise with factory engineering teams on engine appraisals and performance-related technical matters
- Provide technical support to distributors on ongoing projects
- Support project coordination with headquarters and internal stakeholders
- Oversee shipyard build schedules and participate in technical and commercial customer meetings
- Advise on commissioning schedules and monitor commissioning progress
- Provide regular updates to management on distributor projects and activities
- Support marine product–related events and customer initiatives
- Perform additional duties related to sales and technical support as assigned
- Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- Understanding of industrial or technical sales processes
- Good communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Confident in report writing and delivering technical or commercial presentations
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to support regional stakeholders)
- Willing and able to travel overseas as required
- Candidates who can start on short notice are advantageous
