Key Responsibilities
- Support distributors and internal sales teams in promoting power generation products
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
- Prepare technical presentations and proposals for customers and partners
- Coordinate with distributors and internal departments to support project enquiries and delivery schedules
- Assist with sales events, marketing campaigns, and distributor activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments
- Liaise with headquarters regarding product enquiries, delivery timelines, and technical support
- Provide technical guidance on product applications when required
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Power Engineering or related)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Keen interest in technical sales and business development
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willing to travel for business and customer engagement activities
- Female candidates preferred
- Experience in power generation equipment, generators, or industrial cooling systems
- Exposure to distributor management or technical sales
- Structured exposure to technical sales and market development
