Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive performance excellence in the Rooms Division, focusing on guest satisfaction metrics and maintaining product delivery standards.
- Conduct regular ship visits to uphold service excellence and ensure adherence to product specifications.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling of shipboard Rooms Division leadership positions.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing MedallionClass products, ensuring seamless integration onboard.
- Manage Rooms Division expenditures within budget allocation and develop annual budget requests.
- Coordinate responses to sanitation challenges, fostering a safe and healthy environment onboard.
- Serve as the primary shoreside contact for shipboard Rooms Division Managers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Promote a harassment-free environment and uphold our Culture Essentials and Core Values.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- High School Diploma/GED or associate degree
- Certified Housekeeping Manager (CHM) or Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH)
- Minimum 10 years of cruise industry or hotel operation experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Housekeeping Manager onboard a cruise ship
- Strong general management skills with a focus on problem-solving and results delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a cross-functional environment
