Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily casino operations, including table games and slot machines
- Lead and develop a multicultural casino team
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Drive revenue and guest engagement
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Previous experience as a Casino Manager or Assistant Manager (shipboard or land-based)
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of casino operations and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- 17 weeks on 8 weeks off contract length
