We are looking for a bright, proactive Personnel Assistant to join our crew management team.
Reporting to: HR Team Leader
Location: Clydebank, Glasgow.

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a switched-on college leaver or someone with a solid admin background who is looking for an opportunity to grow in an established and reputable company affording a breadth of career development opportunities.

Job Purpose:
To support the personnel department in its delivery of the personnel administration function as point of contact for Offshore and Marine Terminal/Special Assignment Personnel. In addition to, US Fleet compliance, pension administration and other general administrative duties. To provide general administration support to the function.
Required skills and experience:
This is an entry-level position, the skills required centre around your attitude and desire to learn.
Any experience in administration or a business environment would be advantageous but not essential.

Office Attendance:
This role is contracted to the Clydebank office.
