Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will oversee day-to-day finance operations, enhance financial controls, and drive process improvements across Singapore entities while supporting regional shared service coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance operations supporting yard activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and approved budgets
- Strengthen and ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks
- Lead process enhancement initiatives, particularly within Accounts Payable, including invoice review and payment processing workflows
- Manage cash flow across Singapore entities (including holding structure), ensuring sufficient liquidity while monitoring financial and interest rate risks
- Collaborate closely with FP&A and General Ledger teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
- Coordinate with regional shared service functions, including Malaysia operations
- Support system improvements and participate in ad-hoc finance and operational projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting or
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance operations experience
- Experience in construction, marine, shipyard, or contractor-driven industries
- Strong exposure to Accounts Payable and operational finance processes
- Prior experience supervising a team and partnering with shared service teams
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills
