Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage air and ocean freight forwarding operations, encompassing import/export, FCL/LCL, and breakbulk.
- Navigate customs compliance and handling commercial documents.
- Develop accurate, competitive quotes and efficiently process invoicing and financial documentation.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners to optimize shipping solutions.
- Maintain abreast of regulatory changes, offering timely advice to clients.
- Address shipping complications swiftly, ensuring resolutions that uphold service excellence.
- Cultivate and strengthen client and partner relations through unparalleled service.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, with emphasis on air and ocean import/export processes.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and proficiency in managing commercial documents.
- Demonstrated ability in quoting, invoicing, and financial management.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office Suite.
