- Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process in line with established procedures and policies, ensuring proper documentation and obtaining competitive quotations from approved suppliers.
- Oversee the supply and delivery of all approved purchases to vessels.
- Work closely with Technical Coordinators to ensure an efficient supply chain that aligns with each vessel's operational needs.
- Serve as the main interface with the Technical Team to ensure item requisitions are accurately reflected in the procurement system.
- Prepare, update, and distribute monthly supply status reports to vessels and superintendents.
- Degree in Maritime, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Purchaser or Technical Assistant within a ship technical/operations department or in a technical/industrial purchasing role.
- Strong understanding of ship supply operations and procurement practices and procedures.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
