We are partnering with a fast-growing maritime technology company transforming the lives of seafarers and industrial workforces through innovative wellness, telehealth, safety, and fintech solutions.
 
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Commercial to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the maritime and adjacent sectors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and target achievement
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Manage and grow key accounts, driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build strategic channel and partnership networks to expand market reach
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen brand positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong client delivery and long-term value creation
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Proven success in enterprise B2B sales and revenue ownership
  • Strong network within Maritime, Industrial Tech, Safety, Wellness, Fintech, or Telehealth sectors
  • Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
