We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Commercial to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the maritime and adjacent sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and target achievement
- Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
- Manage and grow key accounts, driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Build strategic channel and partnership networks to expand market reach
- Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen brand positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong client delivery and long-term value creation
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience
- Proven success in enterprise B2B sales and revenue ownership
- Strong network within Maritime, Industrial Tech, Safety, Wellness, Fintech, or Telehealth sectors
- Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
