In this role, you will be part of a Marine Services function responsible for overseeing all marine operations across a fleet of specialized gas carriers. The team ensures vessels operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with both internal and client operational requirements.
As Marine Superintendent, your focus is on enabling safe, efficient, and effective operations. You will play a key role in supporting vessels during special cargo operations and conducting compatibility studies to ensure Ship‑to‑Ship (STS) and LNG bunkering operations are prepared and executed to the highest standard.

As Marine Superintendent, your focus is on enabling safe, efficient, and effective operations. You will play a key role in supporting vessels during special cargo operations and conducting compatibility studies to ensure Ship‑to‑Ship (STS) and LNG bunkering operations are prepared and executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assess compatibility studies between vessels and terminals to ensure safe and feasible cargo operations.
- Monitor vessel performance and operational KPIs related to STS and LNG bunkering operations.
- Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders to drive improvements and support operational excellence.
- Attend vessels during critical operations, first‑time port calls, or new trade routes to provide on‑site supervision and support.
- Participate in projects related to vessel design or upgrades, with emphasis on cargo and mooring operational performance.
- Provide operational guidance during special cargo operations, including Gas Up Cool Down, purging, and LNG bunkering.
- Support training and development for officers and engineers on cargo and mooring operations.
- Occasionally coordinate inspections and follow up on findings (e.g., SIRE, CDI).
