Faststream are seeking a Sales Marine Manager, to strengthen our clients presence across the ARA region and beyond. This is a pivotal opportunity to drive commercial success in the European maritime sector, supporting decarbonisation efforts and helping shipowners, operators, and industry partners meet evolving environmental challenges. The position is hybrid, requiring frequent travel across Europe to engage with clients, attend industry events, and grow your professional network.

Operating in more than 50 countries, this B Corp- certified company partners with shipowners, operators, and managers to support energy transition and maritime decarbonisation, delivering innovative, plant-based technologies that protect both engines and the environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define and deliver a focused sales strategy for the European marine market.
  • Manage and expand a network of key accounts, distributors, and agents while building strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and share insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that add measurable value to clients.
  • Represent the business at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings across Europe.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in international sales within maritime, chemical, trading, gas, or related B2B solution sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of working independently and driving growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI) to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Europe
