Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marine Business Unit and working closely with the Sales Director (Marine), the Sales Manager (Marine) will:
- Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities with new and existing Marine and Offshore Oil & Gas customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Leverage internal product, service, and operational capabilities to support customer commitments and drive competitive advantage.
- Prepare and oversee proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations for management approval.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to stay updated on market developments and expand customer networks.
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients within the assigned territory.
- Engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Established network within the marine industry; knowledge of maritime satellite services is advantageous.
- Former Radio Officers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer relationships with ship managers and owners preferred.
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
