Role: Head of Offshore Wind

The Role
Based in London, you will lead new business development activity across the offshore wind sector, shaping and executing regional strategy while ensuring close alignment with senior leadership team.
You will
• Coordinate offshore wind market research and define regional strategy
• Identify and structure new investment opportunities
• Develop and present commercial proposals within a clear strategic framework
• Manage projects from commercial structuring through key milestones, budgets and delivery
• Lead contract negotiations
• Maintain senior relationships across the group and with external partners
• Represent the business at industry events and strategic forums
This is a hands on leadership role with responsibility from opportunity identification through to execution.
About You
You bring deep exposure to offshore wind, energy infrastructure or maritime linked renewables.
You understand the full value chain, from development and installation through to operations and maintenance.
You are commercially astute, credible with lenders and partners, and comfortable operating within a global matrix structure.
