We are working with an extremely established company to recruit for an experienced Offshore Crewing Officer to support the crewing, mobilisation and coordination of offshore vessels.
This role is central to offshore operations and involves close liaison with crew, clients and operational teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient crew movements.
Key responsibilities:
- Crew planning, mobilisation and coordination for offshore assets
- Managing pre-mobilisation compliance and certification
- Coordinating travel, visas and logistics
- Maintaining accurate crew movement records
- Acting as a key point of contact for crew and stakeholders
- Supporting payroll checks and resolving crewing-related queries
- Proven experience in offshore crewing or seagoing maritime HR
- Good knowledge of flag state and statutory requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience supporting offshore vessels such as DSVs or wind farm vessels is desirable
