Job Description

Ready to step into a high-impact, global procurement role where your decisions genuinely shape operations?

This is a standout opportunity to join a market-leading energy business and play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing, commercial excellence, and long-term value across global marine operations.

This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.

You’ll lead complex, high-value contracts end-to-end while helping evolve procurement strategy on a global scale, with clear scope for career progression into broader leadership roles.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own the full contract lifecycle for global terminals and fleet-related procurement
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier selection across critical services and capital projects
  • Negotiate commercially robust contracts that balance cost, risk, safety and operational performance
  • Use market intelligence and analytics to drive cost savings, value creation and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure governance, compliance and delivery
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key global suppliers and drive performance through KPIs and reviews
What we’re looking for
  • 8+ years’ experience in contracts, strategic sourcing or procurement within energy, marine, oil & gas or infrastructure
  • Strong commercial negotiator with proven contract risk and cost analysis skills
  • Experience managing international suppliers and multi-jurisdictional contracts
  • Confident stakeholder manager who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability (Power BI a plus)
Why this role stands out
  • High visibility role with direct impact on global operations
  • Exposure to complex international contracts and senior decision-makers
  • Opportunity to shape sourcing strategy, not just execute it
  • Clear pathway for career growth within global procurement leadership
  • Work in a technically complex, fast-moving and marine environment
