Project & Risk Management Lead
Advisory Delivery
Do you excel in the fast-paced reality of active project execution—where risks evolve quickly, decisions must be structured, and mitigation needs to happen in real time?
Are you the kind of project leader who thrives on being embedded with delivery teams, shaping outcomes from within rather than observing from the sidelines?
In this role, you’ll support large and complex capital and modification programs, working shoulder-to-shoulder with client project and program teams.
You’ll identify risks early, facilitate mitigation planning, and help ensure issues are addressed before they escalate. Can you maintain and manage risk registers, escalation logs, and action trackers while keeping multiple workstreams aligned and moving?
Your work will span hands-on project support, program-level coordination, and in-person facilitation. You’ll prepare and lead risk reviews and workshops, travel to major execution sites such as shipyards, and operate as a true extension of the client organization.
To succeed, you’ll bring 10–15 years of experience across project management, risk management, consulting, or capital project delivery—along with strong organization, communication, and situational awareness.
