Faststream is excited to be partnering again with a very reputable company in Germany, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who have a growing fleet as Fleet Performance Manager.
This is a key role in the business that will be a fundamental part of ensuring the company continues to perform well in the coming years, ensuring the fleet is performing as efficiently as possible. Using a performance management system and data and working closely with the crew and operations team supporting and improving optimal fuel consumption and energy efficiency. You will use voyage management, bunkering and energy performance data to innovate and develop operational knowledge for continuous improvements across the fleet.
The ideal person for this role will be a strong communicator who has a mixture of technical and voyage performance/planning experience, you will bring to the table a positive and pro active attitude and the ability to gain support from senior stakeholders within the wider business. Candidates must have extensive experience in vessel efficiency and voyage performance management working with tankers.
