Faststream Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deliver value to clients in the maritime and offshore sector. This will be the first Customer Success role in the APAC region, responsible for owning client relationships and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes.  
 
As part of a global Client Success team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of primarily APAC-based clients. You will be accountable for driving long-term client satisfaction, platform adoption, and portfolio growth across two core solutions: Market Intelligence and Smart Fleet Management (SFM).

You will serve as the primary point of contact for shipowners, charterers, and engineering companies, supporting them in planning and delivering offshore projects and maritime operations through advanced data and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-evolving, technology-driven maritime and offshore sector.   

Key Responsibilities   
• Own and develop long-term client relationships, acting as the main liaison   
between the business and its clients   
• Lead client onboarding and kick-off meetings to align on objectives, success   
metrics, and key use cases   
• Deliver tailored training and ongoing engagement to drive platform adoption and   
measurable value   
• Act as the primary point of contact for users, resolving queries with support from   
analysts and project teams   
• Manage client renewals and retention, ensuring churn targets are met or   
exceeded
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team   
• Share client insights and feedback with Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing   
teams to support continuous improvement
