Due to continued growth within their European M&O team they are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager in Rotterdam. As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for a team of Account Managers who are responsible for a portfolio of clients across the BeNeLux region. You will be required to lead the team to commercial success through delivering excellent customer service and building long term relationships with key clients. Key measurables will be increased customer retention along with market share growth of target clients. Working with the Area Commercial you will identify potential target clients, develop growth strategy and account plans, mentor the wider team, complete sales & budget forecasting etc. You will also be responsible for developing your own portfolio of clients.
  
Requirements:
  
  • Degree educated ideally within a relevant field (engineering / naval architecture etc)
  • Extensive experience as an Account Manager
  • Significant experience in leading an Account Management / Sales team
  • Thorough understanding of the M&O market
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Located in or close to Rotterdam
  • Dutch speaking
