  • Strategic planning: Develop, maintain and communicate robust budgets and forecasts, providing timely insights to stakeholders with a “no surprises” approach.
  • Drive growth: Identify and deliver growth opportunities—both organic and acquisitive—that align with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Enhance commercial performance: Support and guide the sales team on global key accounts, helping unlock new revenue streams and deepen client relationships.
  • Operational excellence: Streamline production, inventory and distribution processes, aligning them to the business plan and ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Leadership and culture: Build, mentor and lead a cohesive senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
  • Ethical leadership: Uphold and promote the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and safety in all aspects of the business.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in senior leadership, ideally within a regulated manufacturing or product-led environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving strong commercial outcomes, even in challenging market conditions.
  • Expertise in leading operations under ISO standards and within regulated frameworks.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget ownership and strategic forecasting.
  • Skilled in developing teams and implementing people-focused strategies in collaboration with HR.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred; a background in engineering or finance is advantageous.
  • A confident, values-led leader who balances results with people-first thinking.

The Business

This is a well-respected, product-driven business with a global customer base and a reputation for quality, reliability and compliance. Operating within a highly regulated sector, the company combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus. With an ambitious growth strategy and investment in both people and process, this opportunity offers a unique platform for a high-impact leader to shape the future of the business and deliver long-term, sustainable success.
