Faststream are working with an International Shipping business operating in the Dry Bulk and Breakbulk markets. Our client is looking for an experienced Chartering Manager to join their business based out of the Florida offices.
Successful candidates with be working on the open market for the companies fleet on time Charters and spot cargo work. Focusing on Handy and Supra size vessels on imports and exports. We are looking for an individual confident and able to independent and own all negotiations and terms for cargos booked.
Candidates are likely to be focused on West Coast/South American or US Gulf trades. Spanish language skills would be beneficial but not essential for the role.
This is a permanent position to join a recognised name in the Shipping community are able to offer a competive salary and benefits package. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Florida and be expected to work in their offices on a hybrid basis.
