You will be responsible for managing essential trade documentation, coordinating vessel activities, and supporting financial processing related to cargo movements. A strong grasp of shipping operations and international trade workflows is essential. Primary duties include handling core shipping and trade documents such as bills of lading and invoices, ensuring timely submission and accuracy aligned with contractual terms. You will work closely with external parties and internal stakeholders to ensure proper document flow and on-time delivery. Operational support includes tracking cargo movements and coordinating vessel-related activities. You will be expected to respond to any shipping or logistics disruptions with agility, ensuring minimal impact to the trade. On the finance side, you will collaborate with relevant teams to assist in invoice handling and payment follow-ups, supporting smooth financial closure of deals. You will also serve as a bridge between traders, logistics teams, and external partners, ensuring consistent communication and clear updates on trade progress.
This role requires a degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field, along with 5 years of operational experience in the petrochemical or commodities trading space. Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of shipping and international trade are essential.
