Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage voyage execution, ensuring vessels perform in accordance with Charter Party (C/P) terms and timelines.
- Issue Voyage Orders, Letters of Indemnity, and delivery documents to support timely loading and discharge operations.
- Liaise with shipowners, port agents, surveyors, and terminals to coordinate operations and ensure efficient vessel turnaround.
- Handle freight payments, track vessel movements, and ensure accurate administrative follow-through for each voyage.
- Review and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, to ensure timely issuance and resolve discrepancies when needed.
- Prepare demurrage and laytime calculations and support the settlement of claims and voyage closure.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or trading operations, ideally within ship-owning, chartering, or brokering environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with solid organizational and documentation skills.
- Commercially aware, with working knowledge of Charter Party terms considered a plus.
- Proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, solution-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
