Join the dynamic team of my client as a Technical Superintendent. This full-time role involves overseeing the maintenance and dry-docking of vessels to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You'll manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance, supervise technical staff, and maintain client relationships. Your expertise in project management and ship management will be key in optimizing vessel uptime and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee safe and cost-effective vessel operations and maintenance.
Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
Coordinate daily maintenance and monitor planned maintenance systems.
Supervise technical staff and manage vessel inspections.
Ensure compliance with certifications and plan dry dockings.

About You:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Maritime Engineering or Naval Architecture.
3-5 years’ experience in Ship Management as a Technical Superintendent.
Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Experience with working on Offshore vessels
