Your Tasks
- Approving orders for nautical and safety-related materials, spare parts, repairs, vessel requirements, and services within the approved budget
- Maintaining close communication with vessels to coordinate claims, repairs, and operational needs
- Managing shipyard periods and overseeing repair projects
- Conducting and monitoring preventive maintenance activities
- Assessing technical performance on board
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Technical & Nautical Department to resolve major technical matters
- Completed commercial training with further qualification as a certified accountant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and tax law
- Excellent organisational skills and a team-oriented, service-focused working style
- Strong communication abilities with good English and German language skills
