We are currently partnering with a reputable bulk carrier ship owner to hire competent Technical Superintendents in Singapore.
Sailing experience up to Chief Engineer on bulk carriers plus Superintendent experience on shore for geared bulk carriers will be mandatory for this role. You should also have substantial experience planning and preparing budgets for dry dockings.
You will be responsible for the end to end technical management of the geared bulk carriers assigned to you. These will include the day to day monitoring of the vessels operations, attending to any technical emergencies and providing technical advise to your crew and management when required. Prepare the vessels and be involved in vessel audits and inspections. Planning and preparing budgets for dry dockings.
