The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical management and performance of assigned vessels, ensuring full compliance with class, flag state, and statutory requirements. You will lead the planning and execution of dry dockings, major repairs, and capital projects, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical management of assigned offshore vessels
- Plan and manage dry dockings and major repair periods
- Ensure compliance with class, flag state, and company standards
- Monitor vessel performance, budgets, and maintenance schedules
- Provide technical support to onboard teams
- Ex-sea-going Engineer, ideally with experience on offshore vessels
- Chief Engineer Unlimited CoC desirable (not essential)
- Proven experience managing dry docks, new builds, or capital projects
- Background within Offshore Support Vessels (AHTS, DSV, PSV, ERRV, SOV, etc.)
- Shore-based experience in a Technical Superintendent or similar role advantageous
- There is no relocation for this role so candidates must be based in the region.
