Technical Superintendent

I am pleased to be supporting a leading shipping company with a global presence and a reputation for excellence. We are currently seeking a Technical Superintendent to join our clients team in London. As the Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible the operation of a modern fleet of LNG Dual-Fuel ships.

Experienced Technical Superintendents are required to have:-

Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency – time in rank preferred
Extensive experience ashore in technical ship management, with Commercial vessels EG; Tankers, Containers, RO-RO, Car Carrier or PCTC
Experience in vessel maintenance, repair, and dry docking
Willingness to travel as required
Eligibility to work in the UK

If you are looking to transition into your first job ashore, you will be required to have the following:-

Sailed in rank as Chief or 1st Engineer
Hold Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency
Dual fuel and / or Gas experience
Container Experience
