An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Technical Executive with experience in supporting dry cargo ships, particularly bulk carriers and container ships. Our client, a reputable maritime company based in Singapore, is actively seeking a qualified individual to join their team and contribute to the seamless operation of their fleet.
As Technical Executive, your responsibilities include adhering to Health, Safety, Environmental Protection, and Quality policies, reporting environmental concerns to senior management, managing vessel particulars and Service Purchase Orders, overseeing guarantee management, providing technical support for repairs and maintenance, assisting with documentation, compiling Key Performance Indicators, reviewing invoices, and completing assigned tasks.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of technical coordination and purchasing experience in a similar role within a ship owning or ship management company.
- Prior sailing experience as a marine engineer will be an advantage.
- Well organized and proven capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Presently based in Singapore.
