Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational development needs and recommend effective solutions
- Analyze learning needs and create tailored development plans for high-potential employees
- Design and roll out company-wide learning and upskilling programs to strengthen workforce capabilities
- Lead leadership and management development initiatives that align with business priorities and future growth
- Oversee programs for emerging talent, including management trainees, to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Drive career planning and personal development initiatives to support internal mobility and succession readiness
- Enhance onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with a strong focus on learning & development
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and managing teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in talent frameworks, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and global teams
