Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and engagement
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational development needs and recommend effective solutions
  • Analyze learning needs and create tailored development plans for high-potential employees
  • Design and roll out company-wide learning and upskilling programs to strengthen workforce capabilities
  • Lead leadership and management development initiatives that align with business priorities and future growth
  • Oversee programs for emerging talent, including management trainees, to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Drive career planning and personal development initiatives to support internal mobility and succession readiness
  • Enhance onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, with a strong focus on learning & development
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and managing teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in talent frameworks, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and global teams
