Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Product Champion, leading full lifecycle application development.
- Design, build, test, and deploy software applications using both traditional and low-code methodologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation across the SDLC.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users where required.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to continually enhance application performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Support ad-hoc technical projects and tasks.
- Engage hands-on in all aspects of development and deployment activities.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application development or software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, HTML, CSS; JavaScript and Ruby are added advantages.
- Experience with Low-Code Development and platforms such as OutSystems and/or Workato.
- Solid understanding of database management, SQL, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with web services, APIs (REST/SOAP), and agile development practices.
- Hands-on experience with code verification, deployment, and pre-production readiness.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with vendor/partner management and executing service management plans.
- Ability to influence and negotiate in cross-functional environments.
