In this role, you will work closely with the COO and Fleet Operations management team to provide strategic HR support at Group level, focusing on developing and driving HR strategy and looking at organisational changes such as roles and responsibilities, job titles, job descriptions etc. You will support HR with key talent reviews, influence and advise on key organisational changes, and work closely on succession planning by driving leadership development, operational HR coaching, and driving a strategic and efficient approach to managing the workforce, amongst various other change and HR focused objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:-
- Extensive HR experienced within the Marine sector (other relevant sectors considered)
- Experience working in large business
- Degree educated in Human Resources, Change management or similar
- Experience with change management and culture change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in digital transformation
There is option for hybrid / flexible working, but you will need to be based near Belfast, Glasgow or London.
