We're partnering with a global organisation to find a talented HR Analytics & Insights Analyst who can bring a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and a strategic lens to people data. This role will be a key contributor to shaping talent strategies through meaningful data insights, working closely with senior HR stakeholders across multiple business units.
In this position, you’ll play a vital role in building, refining, and delivering people analytics that illuminate workforce dynamics, support strategic HR decisions, and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a knack for transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful visual narratives and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance dashboards to monitor workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, retention, DEI, talent development, succession planning, and more.
- Partner with HRIS and other HR colleagues to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports and analytics.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insightful reporting to HR and business leaders, including insights from engagement and exit survey data.
- Provide consultative support to global HR teams on analytics needs, guiding them on data interpretation, governance, metrics, and trend analysis.
- Contribute to broader HR data initiatives and support ongoing improvement projects as required.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and experience with ETL techniques.
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms—Oracle HCM is highly valued.
- Comfortable working with large datasets from enterprise systems and transforming raw data into meaningful outputs.
- Strong analytical thinking and a creative approach to visual storytelling with data.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working under tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Eagerness to stay current on trends in HR technology and analytics.
- A degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused HR role.
- Prior experience in a global HR analytics environment is a strong plus
