HR Client Service Manager

Location: CyprusFull-Time

The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and driven HR Client Service Manager on behalf of our client, to be based in Cyprus. This is a key role supporting the Senior HR Client Service Manager in delivering high-quality, client-focused HR services and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to internal departments, helping to shape and implement strategic HR processes that enhance crew life cycle management—from recruitment through to development, performance and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Hotel Operations, Recruiting, and Crewing teams to implement crew development strategies
  • Harmonise HR workflows across multiple office locations and departments
  • Drive process optimisation and improve internal communication and standards
  • Design and coordinate training and leadership development programmes for onboard crew
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support the creation and enhancement of HR manuals, SOPs, and guidelines
  • Contribute to succession planning for key onboard roles
  • Represent the HR development function in cross-departmental projects and initiatives
  • Occasional travel to international offices or vessels for alignment and implementation
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in HR, crew management, or leadership roles within the cruise or hospitality industry
  • Deep understanding of international crew operations and personnel-related challenges
  • Strong background in training, project coordination, or HR process improvement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • EU citizenship is required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
