Are you an operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating complex vessel schedules and port activities? This role offers the opportunity to manage global shipping operations, ensuring vessels, cargoes, and port interactions run smoothly while supporting operational excellence across international logistics. You will play a key role in optimizing vessel performance and maintaining efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Maintain organized voyage records, timely filing of operational documents, and accurate data management
  • Coordinate port operations, including agency selection, and communication with agents and terminals
  • Track vessel performance and KPIs, monitoring fuel consumption, off-hire periods, and cargo intake optimization
  • Oversee bunker requirements, placing orders and coordinating with vessels to ensure efficient operations
  • Support accounting processes, including reviewing port costs, freight invoices, and preparing voyage estimates
  • Monitor tank cleaning procedures and advise vessels, owners, and managers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vessel Masters, owners, and other stakeholders for smooth coordination
  
Requirements:
  
  • 4 years of experience in shipping or marine operations
  • Strong understanding of vessel operations, ports, terminal handling, and chemical cargoes
  • Familiarity with Time Charter contracts, COAs, and spot/voyage arrangements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with IMOS or similar shipping systems is an advantage
