The Senior Sales Executive/Junior Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth across Southeast Asia, focusing on offshore wind, offshore oil & gas, and maritime sectors. The role involves acquiring new clients, developing reseller partnerships, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce, reporting directly to the Head of APAC.
Key duties include managing the full sales cycle, preparing proposals and tender submissions, conducting market intelligence, and providing regular sales updates. The position requires active engagement with clients and resellers, professional representation at meetings, and consistent CRM management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in maritime, offshore, or industrial technology, ideally with offshore vessels/workboats.
- Strong relationship-building, CRM management (preferably Salesforce), and pipeline reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel (10-20%).
- Comfortable with cold calling and opening new accounts.
- Resilient in managing long sales cycles (6-12 months).
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and maintain high-quality pipeline discipline.
