  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Evaluate and integrate advanced efficiency technologies (e.g. hull optimisation, lightweight materials, propulsion and energy systems)
  • Interface with shipyards, OEMs, suppliers, class societies, and external stakeholders
  • Support business development initiatives by providing technical input for new opportunities
  • Ensure robust QA/QC, change management, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution
Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering marine engineering or vessel newbuild projects
  • Strong understanding of classification society requirements and marine regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience managing projects through concept, build, and commissioning phases

  • Exposure to electric, hybrid, or alternative propulsion systems advantageous (but not essential)
  • Singapore Citizens / PRs (No Visa Sponsorships)
Why Apply
  • Work on cutting-edge marine electrification projects with real-world impact
  • Opportunity to influence vessel design, technology choices, and future product platforms
  • Collaborative, innovation-led culture with exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Long-term career growth in a sector central to global maritime decarbonisation
