Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal departments
- Process and verify customer orders accurately
- Track shipments from initiation to final delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage delays or issues
- Input job orders and stock movements into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory data
- Reconcile system records with physical documents
- Coordinate logistics services such as freight forwarding, customs clearance
- Liaise with third-party vendors and prepare service quotes when required
- Prepare and verify shipping and service records for billing
- Check charges against agreed rates and forward documentation to finance
- Conduct visual cargo inspections and verify shipment details
- Report any discrepancies or damages promptly and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Schedule and supervise third-party vendor activities at warehouse and port sites
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with procedures
- Maintain organized documentation of customer orders and inventory transactions
- Support internal reporting related to inventory, orders, and logistics performance
- Experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-oriented, and hands-on approach
