To be considered, you need to have at least 5 years of crewing experience for seagoing vessels - tankers and dry cargo vessels. Familiarity with flag state, MLC requirements and STCW.
Working with the relevant stakeholders to plan and deploy seafarers to the vessels. Working with crew manning agents on seafarer availability, logistics and travel planning. Working with flag and other authorities for seafarer documentation. Updating seafarer information, and to verify seafarer documents to ensure compliance to MLC and STCW.
