ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in information and analytics systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Identifies deficiencies with business processes, automation tools, and products and services offered
- Provides project management support for key initiatives, including cross-functional large-scale projects
- Projects will include coordination, timeline management, and communication
- Analyze trends, developing flash and other ad hoc reports for CCL leadership, prepare and present recommendations include performance monitoring, identification of areas of improvement, and contrary trend mitigation strategies
- Assist leaders in interpreting, manipulating and understanding data provided
- Research and tracks industry developments, competitive trends and best practices in an effort to present analysis on marketing opportunities and solutions to business challenges
- Works with business users to define system enhancements and ensure that operational or application modifications, inherent from proposed system changes, are acceptable and do not impair the operation prior to any development
- Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or other similar discipline
- Master’s degree a plus
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis required
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Hyperion, Tableau or similar reporting tool
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical skills
