We’re seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to drive innovative, compliant, and engaging benefits programs across the US, UK, Brazil, Spain, France, and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage US benefits programs: health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), FSAs, HSAs, HRAs, and more.
  • Support global benefits strategy, ensuring competitive, cost-effective, and compliant programs.
  • Lead open enrollment with clear, engaging communications.
  • Guide leave programs: LOA, parental leave, Workers’ Comp, and accommodations.
  • Analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance experience and cost-efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, delivering empathetic, practical support.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years managing global benefits programs and open enrollment.
  • Strong knowledge of US and international regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, and more).
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience crafting benefits materials and presentations.
  • Organizational prowess and a knack for problem-solving across complex programs.
  • US Citizenship or US Green Card or similar work visa required as sponsorship isn't available.
