What You’ll Do:
- Manage US benefits programs: health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), FSAs, HSAs, HRAs, and more.
- Support global benefits strategy, ensuring competitive, cost-effective, and compliant programs.
- Lead open enrollment with clear, engaging communications.
- Guide leave programs: LOA, parental leave, Workers’ Comp, and accommodations.
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance experience and cost-efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, delivering empathetic, practical support.
- 5+ years managing global benefits programs and open enrollment.
- Strong knowledge of US and international regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, and more).
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience crafting benefits materials and presentations.
- Organizational prowess and a knack for problem-solving across complex programs.
- US Citizenship or US Green Card or similar work visa required as sponsorship isn't available.
