Faststream are looking to hire a highly motivated Sales & Project/ Contract Manager to join a leading manufacturer in the professional marine sector. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and project/contract management, preferably within the marine industry. You’ll play a key role in driving sales across the UK & Ireland while overseeing project delivery from contract to after-sales support.
This position will be a hybrid position with home working and office which is based on the South Coast.
Responsibilities Sales Management
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies across the UK & Ireland.
- Proactively generate leads and manage customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage dealer networks.
- Track and report on sales activity and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Process and manage orders through internal software systems.
- Oversee contract execution from project handover to in-service support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage client communications, contract amendments, and project timelines.
- Develop Earned Value Management (EVM) plans where required.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in sales and project/contract management.
- Strong organizational and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using project management tools and business systems.
- Able to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
